“hidden gem” in the heart of Charlotte’s SouthPark/Cotswold retail submarket.
Owner, Marsh Properties, chose MPV Properties to breathe new life into the center with a revitalization project which included utilizing existing shop space and expanding anchor tenant, The Fresh Market. Through the project, MPV successfully:

Once complete, Strawberry Hill will nearly double in size to 76,000 square feet. The redesigned center will increase visibility at the street level, and also improve the overall friendliness of the center to pedestrian traffic.
