2500 Distribution Street is a 38,000 s.f. renovated office/flex and warehouse condominium building in the SouthEnd area at the corner of Remount Road & Distribution Street. The seller, Distribution Street Investors, LLC, was represented in this transaction by Mark Newell of Merrifield Partners. Ian Bertolina of Bertolina Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in this transaction.
