Huntersville, NC (September 2026) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce the sale of a commercial pad at Vermillion Village to KidzNova, Huntersville’s premier 15,000+ SF indoor playground, supervised drop-off center, and birthday party venue. Located at 12151 Huntersville-Concord Road within Vermillion Village, KidzNova is founded by local parent Srikanth Devineni.

“We spent too many rainy weekends driving the entire Lake Norman corridor looking for
somewhere safe, clean, and exciting enough that our kids would beg to come back,” said Mr. Devineni, owner of the coming kid’s entertainment center. “We couldn’t find it anywhere between Cornelius and Mooresville. So we decided to build it ourselves, right here in Huntersville, where our family lives.”
KidzNova will feature eight themed play zones including giant slides, interactive LED bounce mats, an art studio, a mini sports arena, and a dedicated sensory area for babies and toddlers. The facility introduces Freedom Drop-Off—a first for the area—where parents can drop off children ages 5–12 for up to four hours with background-checked caregivers, digital passcode pickup, and HD camera transparency in every zone. The entire facility, including the in-house Nova Café, will be 100% nut-free—making it one of the only fully nut-free family entertainment destinations in the Charlotte metro. Birthday parties range from hosted room celebrations for 15 kids to private full-facility buyouts for 40, with 90+ dedicated parking spots.

KidzNova is currently taking inquiries for their growing waitlist at kidznovaplay.com. The company is also accepting applications from schools, PTAs, and youth organizations for its fundraiser partnership program. The owners anticipate the facility will bring 25+ jobs to Huntersville as it serves families with children ages 0-12 across the Lake Norman area. The project breaks ground this month with an anticipated Spring 2027 opening.
