Charlotte, NC (October 2026)– MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce that Building 2 of their commercial project within Berewick Town Center is well underway with completion expected by the end of the year. Located just south of Charlotte Premium Outlets and I-485 near the intersection of Berewick Town Center Drive and Highway 160, the first building (9540 Gannon Drive, Charlotte, NC 28278) is complete with tenants Club Pilates and The Little Gym, now open. One endcap suite remains totaling just 2,409 SF. The second 7,135 SF building has been partially leased by Petfolk and has approximately 4,564 SF available for lease.
Petfolk is a full-service veterinary practice for dogs and cats, offering everything from primary and wellness care, to sick and urgent care, dentistry and surgery. They have Gentle Handling certified professionals and a modern platform that makes it easy to book visits, access records and connect with your vet. Petfolk plans to begin their upfit in early 2027 with a grand opening in the summer of 2027.

“When we started planning this project, we saw a need for more neighborhood retail and medical tenants within Berewick Town Center, and Petfolk’s commitment to the project is complementary to our original vision. We’re currently talking to other tenants that we think the neighborhood would be excited about, and will have more to announce soon,” stated Bailey Patrick Jr. of MPV.
The site is walkable to the area’s hotels, apartments, and other amenities, and is located across the street from the planned Novant hospital.
