Charlotte, NC (February 22, 2005) – Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, Inc. has purchased a 5.114 acre site at Crosland’s Rivercrossing (sales price $869,380). The site will be developed as a gas/fast food combination store to be located on the Northwest quadrant of the Rivercrossing site.
Rivercrossing is a 150-acre mixed-use center located off I-77 at Sutton Road, in Fort Mill, S.C. Mark Newell of Merrifield Partners represented the Seller in this transaction.
