Charlotte, NC (April 2005) – U.S. Green Fiber Corporation signed a lease for 22,870 square feet in the property located at 2500 Distribution Street in Charlotte. This property, a total of 38,000 square feet, has been redeveloped by Merrifield Partners and is part of the continued revitalization of the South End area. The other company located in this building is ProSource, a flooring supplier. ProSource occupies 15,560 square feet in the building.
