- Viewmont Partners, LLC has purchased a 2,135 square foot Office Condominium in Medical Office Building 5. The location will be the site of Carolina Audiology.
- Dr. Susan Dean has purchased a 3,107 square foot office Condominium in Medical Office Building 4. The location will be the site of Dr. Dean’s plastic surgery practice.
Mooresville Gateway is a 50-acre commercial center located off I-77 at Exit 33, Mooresville, N.C. George Macon of Merrifield Partners and Steve Marsh of Joe Knox Properties-Mooresville represented the Seller, Mooresville Gateway (a Crosland development), in both of these transactions.
