Charlotte, NC (July 2005) – McMurtry Properties, LLC has purchased Condo Unit A – Bldg 2 in Crosland’s Mountain Island Village in Charlotte, NC. The location will be the site of Brian A. McMurtry, DDS, PA Family & Cosmetic Dentistry.

Mountain Island Village is a 14-acre mixed-use development modeled after a traditional Nantucket style village. It is located at the southwest corner of the Hwy. 16 and Rozzelles Ferry Road intersection, and includes plans for up to 100,000 s.f. of commercial space.
