Charlotte, NC (February 2006) – Liberty Property Limited Partnership has acquired a 9.119-acre site (sales price $813,160) at Brookfield South, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The site will be developed as a continuation of Liberty’s current light industrial distribution buildings.
The Brookfield South office project is a 55-acre business park located on I-385 and Butler Road in Greenville, SC. Ken Chapman of Merrifield Partners is the project developer. Ron Johnson of Carolina Resources/Carolina Holdings represented Brookfield South in this transaction.
