The site will accommodate the new 58,000 square foot corporate headquarter building for Senderra Funding, a Charlotte-based wholesale mortgage company specializing in non-prime lending.

521 Corporate Center is a 67-acre office park located three miles south of Ballantyne along the SC / NC state line.
