Charlotte, NC (May 2006) – Senderra Real Estate Holdings, LLC has purchased a 6.2-acre site at 521 Corporate Center, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The site will accommodate the new 58,000 square foot corporate headquarter building for Senderra Funding, a Charlotte-based wholesale mortgage company specializing in non-prime lending.

521 Corporate Center is a 67-acre office park located three miles south of Ballantyne along the SC / NC state line.
