Charlotte, NC (March 2007) – MGS Properties, LLC has purchased Condo Unit B1 – Bldg 2 in Mountain Island Village in Charlotte, NC, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of Upper Cervical Health Centers of America’s home office.
Mountain Island Village is a 14-acre mixed-use development modeled after a traditional Nantucket style village. It is located at the southwest corner of the Hwy. 16 and Rozzelles Ferry Road intersection, and includes plans for up to 100,000 s.f. of commercial space.
