(Charlotte, NC – July 2007) – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority has purchased a 13.177-acre site at Gold Hill, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of a medical office campus.
Gold Hill is a 91 acre site located at I-77 and the new Fort Mill By-Pass in Fort Mill, SC. Jim Teat and Greg Cox represented the buyer. Ken Chapman of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in this transaction.
