Charlotte, NC (April 2008) – The following sales have recently taken place at Old Hickory Business Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners:

  • Mainline Realty, LLC purchased a 4.09-acre site. The location will be the corporate office and distribution center for Mainline Supply, a utility contractor. Lamar Phillips of Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the buyer in this transaction.
  • Partners in Hoops, LLC purchased a 4.99-acre site. This location will be the site of a 44,000 square foot recreational basketball facility. The facility will contain five (5) regulation size basketball courts with seating for spectators.
  • Vacu Vin, Inc. purchased an 11,568 s.f. flex condo at 1009 – C Forsyth Avenue. This location will be the site of Vacu Vin’s distribution center. Vacu Vin is an international manufacturer and distributor of innovative food and wine related products for home and professional use. Bill Pritchard of Pritchard Properties represented the buyer in this transaction.

The 225-acre business park is located on Indian Trail-Fairview Road in Indian Trail, Union County, NC. Jon Jarrett of Merrifield Partners represented the seller in all of the above transactions.
