Charlotte, NC (April 2008) – Austin Village Investments, LLC has purchased Suite 210 (2,020 s.f.) in Building I at Austin Village, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners. The location will be the site of Austin Village Eyecare.

Austin Village is a 100-acre mixed-use development just off of I-485 at the intersection of Potter’s Road and Chestnut Lane in Indian Trail. Austin Village is planned to have 375,000 square feet of retail, medical, and professional office space, and forty acres has been reserved for future residential development.
