Charlotte, NC (August 2010) – Grace Communications, Inc. (GCI) purchased a flex office/warehouse building (6,000 square feet) at the Bailes Ridge Corporate Park, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Patrick. GCI serves the non-profit sector and this facility will be the new headquarters for its “Gifts In Kind” services preformed by Charity Services International, a DBA of GCI. Gifts In Kind are charitable donations of relief supplies (food, medicine, vegetable seeds), which are donated by corporations then made available by Grace Communications to charities in the 3rd world with lifesaving effect. Charity Services International has performed GIK transportation, logistics and documentation for over 35 charities worldwide.
“This location and facility will serve our clients’ needs like no other we have found. We are pleased to be part of the Bailes Ridge community. We look forward to a long and productive time here. The proximity to Ballantyne puts us in a great labor pool. The flexibility of the facility and availability of business services gives us a perfect platform for continued success.”
