Charlotte, NC (June, 2011) – Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, LLC, one of the area’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, represented Griffith Group, LLC with the leasing of warehouse space in Fordham Park to QuikTrip.
QuikTrip announced in February, 2011 of its major entry into the Charlotte market with plans for up to 40, and possibly more, convenience stores over a five year period. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, QuikTrip operates 567 stores in 10 states. 12,875 SF of warehouse space was leased by QuikTrip and will serve as a service and distribution center for its future Charlotte convenience stores.
Fordham Park, owned and managed by Griffith Group, LLC, is located in a vibrant business district surrounded by shops, hotels and restaurants offering easy access to both I-77 and I-85 with Charlotte/Douglas International Airport just 8 miles away.
