Charlotte, NC (October, 2011) – Two new retail tenants will open their doors 1st Quarter 2012 at Providence Plaza, located at the corner of Providence Road and S. Sharon Amity Road. Flywheel Sports, based out of New York, will occupy 4,565 square feet.
- Flywheel is the hottest new indoor cycling experience that includes a unique studio design, the best sound system, and proprietary performance tracking technology that takes indoor cycling to a whole new level.
- The Little Gym will occupy 3,070 square feet and is a children’s activity center offering gymnastics, private parties, parent/child classes, parents’ night out, cheerleading, sports skills, and dance classes.
Keely Simerville with Merrifield Patrick Vermillion represented the Landlord in both transactions. Charles Thrift with Collett & Associates represented Flywheel Sports. Choate Construction’s Interior Division, led by Mark Hughes, is doing the build out for The Little Gym.
