Charlotte, NC (August 2012) – Bailey W. Patrick with Merrifield Patrick Vermillion arranged the sale of the Snyder Campus of Elon Homes and Schools for Children to Elon University.
The site is a 20-acre property that includes five buildings and is located south of Trollinger Avenue and is adjacent to the university’s South Campus.
This purchase is the latest chapter in a partnership that began in 1907 when the Christian Orphanage, the forerunner of Elon Homes and Schools for Children, opened adjacent to the campus of Elon College.
