Indian Land, SC (August 2012) – Red Ventures, headquartered in 521 Corporate Center, recently bought 16 acres to expand its campus to add a third building.
The purchase will create a 33-acre campus inside the 521 Corporate Center. The third building is expected to start construction by year’s end allowing Red Ventures to grow their employment to 2,000 within the next five years.
Owned and developed by a Merrifield Patrick Vermillion affiliate, 521 Corporate Center is a 67-acre office park located three miles south of Ballantyne along the SC/NC state line.
