Charlotte, NC (August 2012) – Justin P. Holofchak with Merrifield Patrick Vermillion represented the owner in the sale of a 14-acre site along Harris Boulevard between Reames Road and I-485. Percival McGuire purchased the site and plans to develop a new retail project called Northlake Plaza.
McDonald’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Discount Tire are a few of the tenants who have already signed leases. Northlake Plaza will be built on a total of 24 acres with 13 acres being dedicated to Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreations to assist in expanding the planned Long Creek and Dixon Branch greenways.
