The new specialty running store, owned and operated by Nathan Leehman, will open this fall in conjunction with the 42,200 square foot newly built Harris Teeter which anchors the retail center.

Ultra Running Company will provide runners of all levels with the information necessary to make informed decisions regarding their running shoes, apparel and accessories. By leveraging the latest technology in a unique and innovative manner, the company simplifies the buying process and engages customers in all aspects of their running lifestyle. While the Ultra Running Company will cater to runners across skill levels and experience, special attention will be given to first time runners, exercise walkers, trail runners, and runners with the desire to run distances of the half-marathon and more. In addition to his ownership of the Ultra Running Company, Nathan Leehman is a nationally recognized ultrarunner, having participated in 9 races of 100k or greater in 2013 alone. He is also the Race Director for the WC-50 Ultra Trail Marathons, to be held at the US National Whitewater Center on October 19th. Mr. Leehman lives in Charlotte with his wife and daughter.
