- Woodie’s Auto Service plans to break ground in the 2nd quarter on their new location in Davidson, which will serve as Woodie’s 10th Charlotte area service center. The site is adjacent to Davidson Commons shopping center anchored by Harris Teeter. Nolan Mills of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion was the broker.
- Lila HOME Designs opened its first Charlotte location in December 2013. Lila HOME Designs occupies nearly 2,300 SF in Toringdon Circle. Stephen Woodard of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion represented Lila HOME Designs with its site search and lease negotiations.
- Chicken King announces the opening of their 15th location during the week of February 24th. Chicken King purchased the former Back Yard Burger at the intersection of E. WT Harris Boulevard and Hickory Grove Road. Joey Morganthall of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion represented Chicken King in this sales transaction.
