Managing partner Jim Merrifield, of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, was among five other commercial real estate professionals who participated as panelists at Bisnow’s State of the Market event on June 18, 2014. The panel discussed the current state of the commercial real estate market in Charlotte, with consensus being that while it may be more challenging to be successful in the market today, job growth and development opportunities continues to make Charlotte an attractive place to build and renovate.
