Office News

Dimension Data North America leased 17,100 square feet of space in the Rutledge Building at 521 Corporate Center. Dimension Data is an ICT services and solutions provider operating in over 58 countries worldwide. Mike Bilodeau of MPV represented the landlord and Jeff Harper of CROWN Realty Advisors and Matt Bowen of JLL represented Dimension Data.

Blakeney Professional Center The last two remaining shell office condos have sold. MPC Enterprises and TREAS purchased the medical/professional units. George Macon of MPV represented the owner in both of these transactions.

Industrial News

5301 Terminal Street PAC Investment Group recently purchased the 87,000 SF plus distribution warehouse located in NW Charlotte near Hovis Road. WM Plastics, Inc., a manufacturer of textile inks, plans to move its Charlotte based operations to this location in January. Billy Thomas represented the owners and Bill Mowry of Prime Equities represented PAC Investment Group.

Bailes Ridge 1.67 Acres recently was sold to Champion Land Investments, LLC, with plans to construct a 12,000 square foot flex building. Champion Machinery, who specializes in buying and selling CNC turning and machining centers, will occupy the building. Mike Bilodeau  represented the owner in this transaction.

2900 Interstate Street has sold to Match Properties, LLC. The 17,851 square foot multi-tenant industrial building was fully occupied at the time of sale. Billy Thomas represented the owners and Fermin de Oca of Cushman & Wakefield|Thalhimer represented Match Properties.
