MPV Properties recently represented Marsh Properties in a successful rezoning of 2.65 acres at Strawberry Hill shopping center, located at the hard corner of Providence Road and Sardis Road in Charlotte, NC. Originally zoned for office uses, the City of Charlotte approved the rezoning request which will allow this site to be redeveloped for future retail uses in conjunction with other renovations at the shopping center.
The project was originally stalled back in 2007 due to the financial crisis. With the successful rezoning of the property, Marsh has purchased and is actively working on the renovations again. MPV Properties will continue to assist Marsh Properties through the redevelopment process at Strawberry Hill.
