The concrete being poured in the photo above will house 15 additional units at Park & Kingston, a Class A luxury apartment development located in SouthEnd. There are currently 153 Class A luxury units at Park & Kingston. The new units will be directly adjacent to the pool at the corner of Tryon Street and Park Avenue. MPV Properties, Marsh Properties, and Jud Little are the developers on this project, and construction is slated to finish this year.
