Progress is being made on the new CEENTA building at Hamptons Professional Center in Huntersville, NC. Seen in the photo above is some of the steel work that was completed in one day.
The 2-story 36,000 square foot medical office building, which will sit prominently along Interstate 77, is expected to be complete by the end of 2015. Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, P.A. (CEENTA) will occupy the second floor (18,000 SF) and will offer the first floor for lease to other medical and professional office tenants. The project will total 90,000 square feet in multiple buildings.
