Charlotte, NC (July, 2015) – MPV Properties, one of the area’s leading providers of commercial real estate services, recently acquired the property at 2317 South Boulevard formerly known as the Paradise Island Dive Shop.
MPV Properties will redevelop the 8,000 square foot building into a multi-tenant retail building that will be anchored by MattressPro. The building sits across from the newly developed Publix and just south of the entrance to Lowe’s Home Improvement.
MPV Properties is active with development along South Boulevard including the nearby 36,000 square foot medical and retail building at 2400 South Boulevard where MPV will break ground later this summer.
Mark Newell and George Macon of MPV Properties will manage the redevelopment of 2317 South Boulevard and leasing for the 3,000 square feet that remains available.
