Lowes Foods recently celebrated the grand opening of their newest store in Kannapolis, NC at MPV’s Kellswater Commons. The “egg drop” ceremony took place on June 18, 2026.
Lowes Foods anchors a growing list of tenants at the center including McDonald’s, Caribou Coffee, Jersey Mike’s, Heartland Dental, Eggs Up Grill, Burrito Shack, Avalon Spa & Nails, and Great Clips.
MPV Properties’ relationship with Lowes Foods has helped bring their stores to Concord (within MPV’s Christenbury Village), Fuquay-Varina (planned within MPV’s Academy Village), and most recently, Mooresville (planned within Pappas Properties Cadia Village).
