Shapco Inc., the parent company to Kelly Pipe Co., LLC, recently purchased the industrial facility located at 11024 Nations Ford Road. The nearly 42,000 square foot building will serve as Kelly Pipe’s Charlotte Branch location. Kelly Pipe is one of the largest distributors of pipe in the nation and serves customers in all 50 states, as well as overseas. Robby Kirby of MPV represented Kelly Pipe with their site selection process while Billy Thomas of MPV represented the Seller in this transaction.
Sunbelt Rentals leased 11,520 square feet of space in Commerce Park at 10800-H South Commerce Boulevard. This location will serve Sunbelt’s new floor care division. Billy Thomas of MPV represented Sunbelt Rentals and Pete Kidwell of Beacon Partners represented the Landlord.
11516 Downs Road, a 6,920 square foot warehouse in Pineville was recently leased by HLMF Logistics Inc., who specializes in providing customer led solutions for the distribution and warehousing of diesel engine parts and diesel and gas-powered generators. Billy Thomas represented the owner in this lease transaction.
