CommunityOne recently signed a lease for 21,714 square feet at 1017 E. Morehead Street for its corporate headquarters. Robby Kirby and Bailey W. Patrick of MPV represented CommunityOne in their lease negotiations.
Providence Park welcomes the following new tenants; Red Bridge Consulting Group, The Argenteneo Group, Criser Troutman Tanner Consulting Engineers, and the law firm Additon, Higgins and Pendleton, P.A.. Robby Kirby and Bailey W. Patrick represent the landlord with leasing at Providence Park, which is located in southeast Charlotte at the interchange of Providence Road and I-485.
1927 South Tryon recently sold two office condos. Unit 205 with 4,762 square feet was purchased by GBK Tryon, LLC who was represented by Robert Settle with Commercial Carolina. HAK Holdings, LLC purchased Unit 107 with 8,413 square feet and was represented by Tripp Guinn with Guinn Commercial. 1927 South Tryon was represented by Mark Newell of MPV Properties.
N.C. MedAssist recently signed a lease at 4428 Taggart Creek Road in the Greenbrier Business Park and will occupy Unit 101 with 10,961 square feet. Robby Kirby represented MedAssist in their lease negotiations.
1714 East Boulevard was leased recently by Flatiron Partners, LLC. This is a second floor office suite consisting of 2,950 square feet. Robby Kirby represented the landlord and Ira Slomka with Sterling Fox Group represented Flatiron Partners.
828 East Boulevard recently sold. The 5,884 square foot office building in Dilworth was purchased by 828 East Blvd, LLC. Mark Newell of MPV represented the seller and Brad Grow with Colliers International represented the purchaser in this transaction.
521 Corporate Center welcomes Best Drive, LLC as a new tenant. Best Drive will occupy 2,820 square feet in the Rutledge Building. Mike Bilodeau of MPV represents the landlord with leasing at 521 Corporate Center.
