Charlotte, NC (January, 2016) – MPV Properties (MPV) recently assisted in the sale of 1244 East Boulevard in Charlotte, NC. This historic property has been a fixture of the Dilworth neighborhood since 1927. The building’s previous owners, the Rash Family, had owned the property since 1970, where Bob Rash operated his architecture firm from the top two floors, and his wife, Joan, sold antiques and collectibles out of the main level and finished basement. Upon the Rash’s retirement, Red Sky Art Gallery occupied the space. The building was most recently sold to a residential real estate firm that will operate their business from the property.
