MPV Properties was named in Charlotte Business Journal’s top area property management companies, ranking 25th among other large commercial real estate and property management companies with operations in Charlotte. Today, MPV manages a total of 1.32 million square feet, with roughly half of that being office, a third retail, and the remaining, industrial uses.
Though MPV didn’t make the list in 2015, as denoted by the star next to our name, we were on the list in previous years, including 2011, ’12, ’13 and ’14. Ian Bruce leads the property management division at MPV Properties.
