Charlotte, NC (March, 2016) – MPV Properties (MPV) announces the completion of redevelopment work at 2317 South Boulevard, formerly known as Paradise Island Dive Shop.
The 8,000 square foot building has leases signed with two new tenants. Mattress Firm occupies the 4,500 SF that fronts South Boulevard, and Orangetheory Fitness will occupy the remaining 3,500 SF.
This redevelopment is across from the new Publix on South Boulevard, and comes as many other projects are underway along the corridor including the adjacent Bank of America redevelopment, expected to open later this year, and 2400 South, an MPV mixed-use new development project.
Mattress Firm is open, and Orangetheory Fitness is expected to open its doors on April 1st. Mark Newell and George Macon of MPV Properties managed the redevelopment and leasing for the space. Robert Johnson Architects was the architect, and Shiel Sexton was the general contractor for the project.
