Charlotte, NC (March, 2016) – MPV Properties (MPV) is happy to announce that the Fountain Shoppes at Manchester Village are fully leased with the recent signing of two new tenants. Sake Japan Hibachi & Ramen and Kure Vaporium & Lounge will join Moe’s Southwest Grill, Ultratan, T-Mobile, and H&R Block in the single-story building. This will be Sake Japan’s first location in Rock Hill as they take 1,691 SF in the center. Kure will take 1,389 SF, and this will be their seventh area location. The shops are located at 1910 Cinema Drive in Rock Hill, directly adjacent to the Regal Cinemas 14-screen theater.
