Charlotte, NC (August, 2016) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce the completion of renovations at Kings Square retail center in Charlotte’s Midtown district. MPV began remodeling the existing structure in February, earlier this year. Existing tenants, iColor Nails and Subway, remained open during the remodel which consisted of improvements to the exterior façade of the building. Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint, which held its grand opening on July 22nd, and CycleBar indoor cycling studio are both new to the center. CycleBar is holding their grand opening tomorrow, August 25th.
Kings Square is located at the corner of South Kings Drive and Luther Street, directly across from Metropolitan. Eric Nichols, J.Q. Freeman and Mary Bryant of MPV Properties managed the redevelopment and are handling the leasing at the center. ai Design Group is responsible for the design of the remodel. Doerre Construction was the general contractor for the project.
