Charlotte, NC (September, 2016) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce the relocation of their offices to 2400 South later this month. MPV will lease the third floor of the new building in South End, which is also being developed by the company.
“We’re excited to be relocating to such a booming part of the city. We look forward to being connected to the LYNX light rail, Charlotte Rail Trail, and South End shops and restaurants. This will be an easily accessible location for our clients and associates,” says Jim Merrifield, managing partner at MPV.
The new location will provide more space for the company, which has grown to 44 team members with the recent addition of brokers and support staff, with room to support further growth.
Other tenants in the 3-story, 36,000 SF mixed-use project include Novant Medical Group, Truliant Federal Credit Union, Jimmy John’s, and Your Pie. Mark Newell is in charge of leasing the remaining space on the second floor of the building, which will include office/medical users.
