The 54,000 SF industrial warehouse, located off I-85’s Bessemer City Road Exit 14, was leased to Burlan Manufacturing, a manufacturer of nylon wrap tape and reinforcing fabrics. The company has an existing 250,000 SF facility at 2740 West Franklin Boulevard, just three miles from 1910 Kyle Court, and intends to use this facility to store finished goods.
