Charlotte, NC (June, 2018) – Metrolina Gymnastics has expanded its operation in Pineville, NC with their recent lease of 5,000 SF at 1038 Culp Road, Suite 200. The new space is located in South Charlotte off Westinghouse Boulevard on Culp Road. The company, owned by Charlotte-native and NC Men’s Gymnastics Hall of Famer Nick Baker, has been in business since 2016.
“We have experienced such growth in the last two years, it was time to upgrade our facilities,” says Baker. Metrolina Gymnastics is officially open at its new location which features athlete viewing rooms, a dance studio, a 4,000 SF gymnasium with 21-foot ceilings, and extensive technical training equipment. A grand opening is being planned for August.
Metrolina Gymnastics was represented by Rebecca Herron and Mike Chatham of MPV Properties. The landlord, Randolph & Sons Development, LLC, was represented by William Maxwell of Trinity Partners.
