Sunbelt Rentals Inc. recently opened two new facilities on the east coast with one in Ocoee, Florida, and one in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The Ocoee store is located at 301 Maguire Rd and will be used to house general tool, aerial work platforms, and scaffolding business needs. The Fort Mill store is located at 120 Sutton Ridge Ln and offers aerial work platforms, air compressors & tools, generators and more.
Both are new developments for Sunbelt. MPV assisted in the land acquisition, entitlements, and development.
