Charlotte, NC (October, 2018) –MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce the recent addition of four team members to its property operations group with the hire of Josh Suggs, Katrina Loyd, Adam Fitchue, and Ruth Seay. The expansion comes after the growth of its management portfolio with new properties including RedStone, Strawberry Hill, Reafield, Marvin Commons, Central Crossing, 3200 NoDa, Lake Park Town Center, Arbors Professional Center, and The Watermark. In total, MPV manages more than 1.7M SF of retail, office, mixed use, and flex space in the Carolinas.

MPV is also proud to announce the promotion of Lauren Admirand, who has been with the company since 2017, to Senior Property Manager. Lauren is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and certified RPA®.
Adam Fitchue, Property Manager
Adam joins MPV with over 15 years of facilities management, building service contractor and project management experience. Prior to MPV, Adam spent 12 years as a regional leader for a large commercial janitorial services company, and 3 years as a facility manager. He is an accredited LEED GA, is certified in OSHA, IICRC, CMI, and is currently pursuing ACoM certification.
Katrina Loyd, Property Administrator
Katrina joins MPV with a background in both commercial real estate and paralegal services. At MPV she provides property administration services and project support for the Property Operations team. Prior to MPV, Katrina managed a lease abstraction department for a third party CRE leasing software company. Katrina holds a BS in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University, and is an active member of Toastmasters where she is pursing the Distinguished Toastmaster Award through ongoing speech and leadership training.
Ruth Seay, Property Manager
Ruth joins MPV with over 10 years’ experience managing all property types, most recently with Adler Realty Services and JLL. Her proven record of accomplishments, meeting targets and cultivating strong relationships serves her well as she manages a portfolio of office, retail and flex space. She is currently pursuing her NC Real Estate license and completing her CPM designation.
Josh Suggs, Property Manager
Josh joins MPV with a background in residential and association management. Prior to joining MPV, Josh managed a 300 unit historic apartment building in Seattle, WA with Metropolitan Management and a portfolio of condo, townhome, and single family associations in North and South Carolina. Josh graduated from Western Carolina University in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration and Law and is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker.
