Huntersville, NC (November, 2018) – MPV Properties (MPV) is pleased to announce that Miller, McNeish & Breedlove, P.A., a certified public accounting firm local to Charlotte since 1973, has signed a lease for 1,138 SF at 8015 W. Kenton Circle in the Kenton Circle One building in Huntersville, NC. The new office is located within Kenton Circle, just one mile west of Interstate 77, directly off Highway 73 / Sam Furr Road. This will be an expansion for the firm, which is currently managed by partners, David McNeish and Tim Breedlove. Ms. Genia Harmon, CPA, a partner with the firm, will manage their new Lake Norman office, which opened its doors last week.
Mike Chatham of MPV represented Miller, McNeish & Breedlove, P.A. in the lease transaction. The landlord was represented by Jenny Fowler of Childress Klein.
