The new neighborhood is located approximately 2.5 miles from the Old Concord LYNX Light Rail Station, and it will have a direct vehicular and pedestrian connection to the Food Lion shopping center located at 2931 W.T. Harris Boulevard. It is also directly across from Joseph W. Grier Academy and the CPCC Cato Campus. M/I Homes believes this project will be a great opportunity to offer entry level pricing in an area that is quickly changing, and they plan to start construction this summer with the first homes ready by Spring of 2020.
