The new 30,000 SF Class A facility, located at 106 Corporate Park Drive, was also developed and leased by MPV. blueharbor bank took the space this summer and currently occupies the entire 1st floor.
MPV has also recently been appointed property manager of two prominent retail centers in south Charlotte: Ballantyne Corners and Colinayre.
Ballantyne Corners is a 40,000 SF center at the intersection of Ballantyne Commons Parkway and North Community House Road. Tenants include Another Broken Egg, The Gibson and Genghis Grill.

Colinayre, located along Highway 521 and Providence Road West is home to the area’s first Sprouts grocery store as well as Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Pinnacle Financial Partners. Colinayre is 51,896 SF in total.
