Pineville, NC (August, 2020) – Carolina Flipz is excited to announce that they will be relocating their gymnastics and cheerleading programs to a new building in Pineville at 10160 Pineville Distribution Street, Suite B. The new facility is located a few miles from their current facility, along Carolina Place Parkway, and will be a more convenient location for parents and kids living in the South Charlotte area. The move provides the company with higher ceilings and over 25,000 square feet to utilize for individualized program space.
Carolina Flipz was established by Angi Davis and has been in business since March 2014.
“Our programs are built on the mission to provide a positive atmosphere to experience the fun and learn the technique of each sport,” says Davis.
Carolina Flipz will officially move in September and the new space will feature dedicated areas specifically for preschool gymnastics, competitive elite all star cheerleading, competitive optional and elite gymnastics along with a brand-new ninja warrior workout circuit with more than ample equipment. Carolina Flipz is also utilizing their flex space and conference room for a new daytime tutoring program providing E-Learning assistance to help relieve parents during the 2020-2021 school year.
The flex building was officially completed in July through a partnership with Nance Companies and MPV Properties. 42,000 square feet remains available for lease. The building features 28-foot clear heights, 52’x50’ column spacing, LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, and ample parking for employees and customers.
