Pineville, NC (December, 2020) – Nance Companies (Nance) & MPV Properties (MPV) are pleased to announce plans for another new industrial building at Pineville Distribution Park. An entity affiliated with the two companies recently purchased a 3.67-acre site within the business park for $458,750 with plans for a 30,250 SF building on the graded lot. Located at 10121 Pineville Distribution Street, the building will be ideally suited for a single tenant. Berkshire Business Centers #26, as the project is named, will feature 24-foot clear heights, multiple drive-in and dock-high doors and office space to suit future tenants’ needs. The developers anticipate the building will be complete by the fall of 2021. This will be the third building developed in the business park after Beacon Development completed a 525,000 SF build-to-suit for Campbells Snacks in 2019 and Nance/MPV completed a 67,000 SF building earlier this summer.
Timmons Group is the engineer for the new project at Pineville Distribution Park and Merriman Schmitt is designing the tilt wall building. Bailey Patrick Jr. and Billy Thomas are handling leasing for the project.
