1400 Amble Drive in Charlotte, NC has sold. The purchase included a 6,600 square foot warehouse building. Billy Thomas of MPV represented the seller and Mayson Petty with Kelso Properties represented the buyer, Ironhead Construction Company.
Carolina Sisters Wholesale recently leased 50,960 SF at 4201 Barringer Road in Charlotte. This was a relocation/expansion for the company, who serves as a wholesale product supplier. Billy Thomas of MPV, together with Wilson Kibler Commercial Real Estate, represented the landlord in this transaction.
