Charlotte, NC (October 2021) – Locally owned Burr & Berry Coffee recently opened its 2nd Charlotte area location at 4209 South Boulevard just south of Scaleybark Road.
The freestanding location offers drive-thru and walk-up service offering specialty coffee and tea drinks as well as limited food items. Burr & Berry worked with MPV Properties to strategically place the building along South Boulevard to optimize traffic from morning commuters. Building on the success of its Indian Land location, Burr & Berry Coffee is excited to bring this new concept to the growing LoSo community.
Bailey W. Patrick Jr. of MPV Properties assisted with the leasing and development of the S. Boulevard location. JN Morgan & Associates acted as the general contractor in partnership with locally owned, Boxman Studios, to bring the modular-built site to completion.
