Indian Land, SC (December 2021) The Court at Redstone, a 260-unit apartment community recently developed on the Red Ventures campus, has been chosen by Multifamily Executive Magazine as the Garden-Style Community of the Year for 2021.

This honor, which recognizes best-in-class housing for all walks of life, highlights The Court at Redstone’s broad appeal to millennial professionals as well as local residents in search of an exceptional design, large living spaces and unparalleled amenities.

The community features two saltwater pools, cabanas, full outdoor kitchen and bar, grilling stations, firepits, outdoor seating areas, fitness center, off-leash dog park, yoga and ballet studio, and a grand clubroom whose massive window walls speak to the project’s style and openness. Additional community common areas range from conference and relaxation rooms to fourth floor terraces and from community gardens to a poolside game/bar room.

The Court at Redstone is home to spacious studios and one, two and three-bedroom apartments with modern finishes, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large living areas and ten-foot ceilings. It is also located in cross proximity to local employers, like Red Ventures, a movie theater and several dining and entertainment options.

“We’re honored to have the Court at Redstone recognized as the nation’s best new garden-style community,” said Anita Balawejder Senior Property Manager of the Court at Redstone Apartments.  “We work every day to bring the Indian Land community first-class apartments with a safe, exceptional living environment.”

The Court at Redstone was developed with assistance from Jud Little of Chevington Associates and Michael Bilodeau of MPV Properties. The project architects were ODA Architecture and Housing Studios, both of Charlotte. Interior design was provided by Cindy Urbanik of Urbanik Interiors.  LandDesign provided land planning and civil engineering and Katerra acted as general contractor. Greystar provides property management.
