MPV Properties was once again named in Charlotte Business Journal’s lists for Charlotte’s Largest Commercial Real Estate Developers. The lists are ranked by square feet developed in the region for both the past year, and for the last five years from 2018-2022.
With 369,788 SF completed in 2022, MPV ranked #10, up from #22 the previous year.
MPV’s 5-year tally puts them at #19, up from #26 the previous year.
Notable project completions include Shoppes at McCullough, Prosperity Church Road MOB for Atrium Health, and Hamptons Professional Center MOB for CNSA.
